What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Administrator position at Robert Half?
Robert Half is seeking a motivated and detail oriented real estate/ construction Project Administrator to join the team of one of our clients in the multi-national real estate industry. In this position, you will have the opportunity to complete the following.
• Review draw requests and invoices for completeness and accuracy.
• Manage approval process to ensure timeliness.
• Monitor Yardi Payscan workflow approvals, and address any discrepancies before approval by
managers.
• Maintain master list of all active projects, with approved budgets and cash flows. Update
monthly.
• Oversee Yardi job cost reporting, including entering budgets and budget modifications, and
ensuring that contracts and change orders are being properly entered by partners.
• Other administrative functions as necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is highly preferred
- Experience with Yardi Software preferred
- previous real estate AP experience preferred
- 2 years of real estate administration or accounting experience required
- Excellent ability to work with a team and strong communication skills required
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail required
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
