What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Biller position at Robert Half?
North Houston Oil & Gas Services Company is hiring a Project Biller. Must have 3 years of Project Billing, Construction Billing or Time & Material Billing. Experience reviewing/interpreting Contract is required. Will handle discrepancies and interact with internal and external customers. Degree is highly desired. Oracle or SAP experience is a must, as well as, intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel.

- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Outlook and internet applications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required. Associates Degree preferred.
