Project Coordination:

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Coordinate project activities, tasks, and resources to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of projects.
  • Monitor and track project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including team members, vendors, and clients.
  • Schedule and organize project meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.

Resource Management:

  • Collaborate with project managers and team members to allocate resources effectively and ensure that project tasks are appropriately assigned.
  • Assist in resource planning, including identifying resource requirements, coordinating resource availability, and resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Track resource utilization, identify bottlenecks, and recommend adjustments to optimize resource allocation.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, change requests, and other relevant project artifacts.
  • Prepare regular project status reports and provide updates to project stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and issues.
  • Assist in the preparation of project presentations, executive summaries, and other communication materials as required.

Quality Assurance:

  • Support the implementation of quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet established standards and requirements.
  • Participate in project testing and review activities, ensuring that all project components are thoroughly tested and validated before deployment.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend strategies to enhance project management practices.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of standardized project management tools, templates, and methodologies.




Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in IT or software development projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello, or similar).
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to identify potential risks and issues and proactively address them.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Knowledge of IT systems and technologies is desirable.
