  2. Property Documentation: Organize and manage property-related documents, including contracts, maintenance records, and tenant communications, to facilitate easy retrieval and compliance.
  3. Tenant Relations: Provide excellent customer service to tenants by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly, fostering positive relationships and tenant satisfaction.
