Role Mission:
In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in welcoming and integrating new providers into the organization. Your mission is to ensure a seamless and positive onboarding experience, from contract signing to the provider's full integration into their role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provider Integration: Lead an enterprise-wide onboarding program for physicians and advanced practice providers. Provide personalized support to new providers, helping them navigate the organization's intricacies and ensuring access to necessary systems.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with individual providers and keep internal stakeholders informed about onboarding progress. Serve as the main point of contact, addressing queries promptly.
- Orientation and Training: Develop customized training and orientation programs tailored to each provider's needs. This includes corporate and departmental orientation, as well as specialty-specific training.
- Coordination and Tracking: Coordinate, schedule, and track the status of individual provider onboarding activities, milestones, and events. Ensure a smooth process.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and internal policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
