- Managing correspondence via email, ensuring prompt and professional responses
- Scheduling appointments and managing the company calendar
- Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word to complete tasks and manage information
- Maintaining the reception area, ensuring it remains organized and presentable
- Handling sensitive information with confidentiality
- Leveraging your interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role as a Receptionist
- Proficiency in answering multi-line phone system
