What you get to do every day

- Look after various office files and provide general office filing support

- Route all incoming phone calls to the appropriate individuals

- Support other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks

- Welcoming visitors

- Catalog, review, and dole out incoming mail according to specified procedures

- Oversee various office files and provide general office filing support

- Use strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency

- Submit orders for office and kitchen supplies

Requirements

- Less than one year of experience preferred

- Highly organized and self-motivated

- Energetic, intelligent, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy

- Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

- Proficiency in Phone Coverage

- Phone Etiquette experience

- Quality experience with Professional Phone Etiquette

- Proven knowledge of Phone Messages

- Earlier work involving Part-Time Receptionist

- Previous experience working with customer service

- Wide ranging experience with Telephone Answering System

- Experience with Phone Inquiries

- Good understanding of Receptionist Duties

- Comprehensive knowledge of Direct Phone Calls

- Practical knowledge of Phone Voice

- Inbound Telephone Calls experience preferred

- Well-founded grasp of Phone Lines

- General familiarity with Phone Operations

- Attention to detail and proven ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Incoming phone call management skills required
