- Oversee various office files and provide general office filing support
- Submit orders for office and kitchen supplies

- Assist other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks

- Route all incoming phone calls to the appropriate individuals

Requirements
- Observant, accurate and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of Distribute Messages
- Comprehensive knowledge of switchboard phones from 1-10 lines
- Foundational knowledge in Distribute Messages
- Detailed Messages experience
- Adeptness in data entry
- Strong familiarity with Forward Messages
- 1 years of related experience
- Optimistic, creative, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company
- Excellent customer service and office administrative skills
