Robert Half has recently partnered with an organization in the agriculture industry. We are seeking a receptionist to be responsible for being the face of the office. In this position you will oversee operations of the front desk, assist in operating the scale for the trucks, testing the grain, and more.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel. What will you be doing Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, and documentation
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
- Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
Receptionist Requirements:
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field, highly desired
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Good time management skills.
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required.
