We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrative Assistant with a specialized skill set in AS/400, along with expertise in accounts payable, trade show support, marketing assistance, HR support, receptionist duties, and advanced proficiency in Excel. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality.Key Responsibilities:AS/400 Expertise:Utilize advanced knowledge of AS/400 systems to streamline administrative processes and enhance overall efficiency.Troubleshoot and resolve AS/400-related issues, providing technical support as needed.Accounts Payable:Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice verification, processing payments, and reconciling accounts.Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial transactions.Trade Show Support:Coordinate logistics for trade show participation, including booth setup, travel arrangements, and material preparation.Provide on-site support during trade shows, ensuring a seamless and professional representation of the company.Marketing Assistance:Assist the marketing team in executing campaigns, preparing promotional materials, and maintaining marketing databases.Collaborate on social media initiatives and track marketing metrics as needed.HR Support:Support HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record maintenance.Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality in all HR-related matters.Receptionist Duties:Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, providing a professional and welcoming atmosphere.Manage incoming calls, direct inquiries, and assist with general office tasks.Excel Proficiency:Create and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets for data analysis, reporting, and tracking various administrative tasks.Utilize Excel functions to generate reports and provide insights to support decision-making processes.Confidentiality:Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
