What are the responsibilities and job description for the RPA Developer position at Robert Half?
Robert Half is looking for a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer to support large, national clients in the Fort Worth, TX Area. As an RPA Developer, you will utilize RPA platforms-as-a service (PaaS), requirements engineering, SDLC frameworks, and critical thinking skills to support the development, delivery, training, and maintenance of digital transformation and process automation initiatives throughout the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Participates on both technical and non-technical project teams to meet project objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Engages with stakeholders to define and validate business and process requirements, utilizing end-user appropriate language and tools.
- Leverages Microsoft Visio and JIRA to map and manage end-user process automation requirements/projects. Proactively identify, record, and escalate project blockers and deviations to project scope, schedule, or quality.
- Develop technical documentation and deliver end-user training on newly deployed or upgraded RPA solutions.
NOTE: This is a 100% remote role
Requirements
Requirements:
- 3 years’ developing, testing, and supporting robotic process automation solutions, preferably in a food or beverage B2B or B2C manufacturing environment
- 3 years’ experience developing attended and unattended RPA solutions utilizing Automation Anywhere 360 toolsets including Cloud Control Room, IQ Bot, AARI, Process Analyzer/Recorder, Bot Creator/Runner, and Bot Insight
- 2 years’ experience automating ERP, Microsoft Excel, and financial (AR, AP, GL) applications and processes
- Intermediate to advanced application of industry standard business/system design modeling software (Microsoft Visio)
