SALES OPERATIONS ANALYSTCOMPANY BACKGROUND Rapidly growing software company supporting a $6 billion-dollar market.Company is growing at a rapid pace and has many unique aspects:• Over $100M revenue company driving to $1B• Cash flow and P& L Positive • Over 3,200 unique customers• Over 300 published customer success stories on its website• Wins over 70% of the time in competitive situations• Over 160 individuals in the sales organization and growing worldwide• Over 60 sales expansion positions open worldwidePOSITION SUMMARY Reporting to the VP of Finance, the Sales Operations Analyst performs various functions, primarily to improve sales operation processes and efficiency of the company’s Sales department. They undertake quantitative analysis of the company’s sales practices, operational reports, etc. with the objective of achieving sales tactical or long-term goals.RESPONSIBILITES Develop repeatable and scalable reporting and analysis for the Sales department, including executive reporting of sales results, key sales metrics and KPIs, and ad hoc sales reporting needs. Implement and manage reports and dashboards in Salesforce.com ensuring sales executives and sales managers have access to key data required to successfully manage the business. Monitor the accuracy and efficiency of the distribution of sales reports. Recommend revisions to existing reports and assist in the development of new reporting tools as needed. Responsible for accurate processing of commissions Implement individual Sales Plans, coordinating with the Sales team and leadership  Perform market research and competitive analysis
