SALES MANAGER

(Home Improvement/Cabinetry Industry)

Primary Duties

• Direct new leads coming in database

• Review leads with each designer weekly to help prioritize, give suggestions and answer questions.  

• Review designs prior to customer presentation and or final sign off. 

• Review PO acknowledgements on new orders with designer 

• Review new product suggestions with lead engineer / foreman / install super as needed 

• Update sales staff on product offerings 

• Weekly staff meeting on do's and don'ts 





Requirements

*Proven previous sales experience required

*Organization and time management

*Product knowledge

*Inventory Management

*Communication skills

*Client/Vendor relations


Compensation: Base Commission

Salary : $12 - $14
