Your responsibilities in this role
- Supporting efforts to coordinate orders and ensuring completion of process
- Assisting sales teams with administrative, technical and clerical tasks
- Handling and coordinating training courses for internal employees
- Providing all other Sales Assistant-related duties as needed
- Providing support for and participating in trade shows and conventions
- Providing superior customer service
- Preparing communications and proofreading documents
- Making travel and meeting arrangements
- Supporting the sales department with the promotion of company products and services
- Generating sales reports and preparing presentations
Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft office applications
- Ability to multitask, collaborate and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent social skills, project coordination experience and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as with outside clients and vendors
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- 2 years of Sales Assistant experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft
- Customer service experience
- Knowledge of Administrative Assistance
- Be able to adapt and thrive in constantly changing environments
