Search Director or Search Manager needed for a full-time, fully remote role with our client in Greater Boston. The role is for a Client Success Manager and our client is looking for someone who can be a customer champion and partner with their agency clients and brands to ensure they have the best experience from their insights and professional services. Target salary is 90-110K with some flex depending on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities:
- Enjoys proactively delivering strong results to agency account teams, owns the communication with agency clients, offering ongoing value leading to achievement of top feedback scores from clients.
- Skilled at developing client relationships with executive champions and managers to become a value-added business partner.
- Offers proactive insights, develops advocates, grows book of business, and finds upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Comfortable interpretating data and telling strong data stories orally and in writing.
- Proficient at multi-tasking across many client team members across levels, and with internal teams in sales, support and product.
Requirements
Requirements:
5 years of experience in Customer Success and/or Account Management role in agency.
Well versed in Digital Marketing, Search Marketing, Marketplaces and Shopper Consumer Insights.
Relevant marketing tech industry, Nielsen or IRI experience (consulting, client success sales support and/or service delivery function), is ideal.
Knowledge of using tools like HubSpot, Jira and others.
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
