Robert Half has partnered with a prestigious, Real Estate developer on their search for a Senior Construction Accountant with advanced Microsoft Office Excel expertise. In this role, you will prepare revenue and profitability estimates, review construction contracts, communicate with sub-contractors, provide job cost reports, monitor internal controls, and manage company cash flows. The ideal candidate will also be developing and maintaining accounting procedures, practices, and principles to establish accurate and timely financial statements. The Senior Construction Accountant should have a detailed understanding of financial reporting and general ledger structure. Responsibilities·      Enter project jobs and costs into management system·      Assist accounting team with month end process·      Prepare monthly and quarterly journal entries·      Account Reconciliations·      Track project budgets·      Review construction costs·      Support the internal/external audit process·      Assisting with special projects
