Responsibilities
- Conducting thorough and detailed audits of accounting functions within the organization
- Utilizing data mining techniques to identify irregularities and potential areas of concern
- Developing and implementing audit programs to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Preparing detailed reports outlining audit findings and presenting these to senior management
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure the effectiveness of the ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning system
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and making recommendations for changes to processes and procedures
- Ensuring all audit records and documentation are accurate and well-maintained
- Staying updated on the latest industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure the company's compliance
- Assisting in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the audit process
- Working closely with the DCAA to ensure all audit practices are in line with regulatory standards.
- Proficiency in Audit Program
- Proficient in Data Mining Techniques
- Familiarity and experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
- Comprehensive understanding and practical experience in Accounting Functions
- Ability to analyze and communicate Audit Findings effectively
- Proficient in Auditing
- Ability to prepare detailed and accurate Audit Reports
- Demonstrable experience in ensuring Compliance in the beverage industry
