Key responsibilities
· The Cloud Services Manager is responsible for leading the cloud strategy, developing offerings, and maintaining business relationships with key stakeholders. They are the primary interface between senior IT stakeholders and the business, defining and managing cloud service requirements, and owning the cloud services model.
· The role encompasses unified communication and collaboration, SaaS, business intelligence, and data teams.
· The Cloud Services Manager partners with Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure Operations, and Application areas to develop and maintain procedures for applications, services, continuity, and disaster recovery.
· They also monitor and manage technical escalation, identify new tools and processes to improve the cloud platform, and ensure existing cloud-based solutions are properly maintained.
Requirements
- 5 years of project management experience
- Technical skills including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, etc.) and JIRA or similar application
- Experience leading Agile delivery teams, projects and programs
- Comfortable managing complex cross-functional and technology projects
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of education and work experience
- Experience leading medium to large custom and/or complex software development and/or implementation projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization
- Experience in utilizing resource tools to manage capacity, forecast, demand and allocation of people
