Sr. SAP Business Analyst (HCM) LOCATION: Remote Start Date: 2/13 LOA: 3 months CTH A direct client of Robert Half's Enterprise Technology Services division (ETS), needs a Sr. SAP Business Analyst with a focus in HCM. This detail oriented will work with business stakeholders, product owners, and company leadership to gather, define, and understand business requirements across a variety of business units; Actively support the organization on multiple concurrent projects; Stay current on system enhancements and improvements by pursuing educational opportunities; Work effectively with key internal and external resources to achieve objectives; Communicate status and issues to leadership regularly; Build strong partnerships through organization and gains respect of stakeholders.
Requirements
Specifically, you will: Configure Human Resources, Benefits, and Payroll in SAP Program schemas, personnel calculation rule logic, time types, overtime rules, quotas, etc. Use HR Query tool, ABAP programming knowledge Modify smart forms, sap script forms, and HR form editor Code BDC (SAP Data Communication), LSMW Use HR/Payroll toolbox loads & Copy data functions Responsible for W-2 forms, 1095C forms, tax and unemployment rate updates, 1099 NEC & MISC forms (from A/P) Apply & test tax updates from Rimini Street monthly (& on demand) Work with various interfaces to/fromOracle, Benefit Focus, Equifax, Concur, etc. Handle Confidential Data Day to Day Support for HR/Payroll Support payroll cycles:2 weekly, 3 biweekly, and 1 monthly (requires availability 24/7) Set up Payrolls quickly for acquisitions Support of FI module Other SAP modules also supported and knowledge helpful.
