Position Summary:We’re looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team at a growing manufacturing company in Spartanburg, SC. This role focuses on journal entries, reconciliations, cash management, month-end close, and sales and use tax compliance.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.Reconcile bank statements, general ledger accounts, and resolve discrepancies.Assist in cash management activities, including monitoring daily cash flows.Support the month-end close process by preparing account analyses and schedules.Ensure compliance with sales and use tax regulations, including filings and audits.
