If you're passionate about numbers and love the idea of working for a company that values creativity and collaboration, then this is the role for you!What You'll Be Doing:General Ledger Guru: Manage daily general ledger entries and make sure everything is running smoothly and accurately, with a sprinkle of creativity.Financial Reporting: Prepare the monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements—balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports—while maintaining fun and flair.Budgeting and Forecasting: Help build and track budgets for some of the coolest projects and assist with forecasts that help guide this innovative company’s growth.Accounts Payable & Receivable: Get those invoices paid and incoming payments tracked. Timely and accurate is the name of the game, but we promise you’ll enjoy doing it!ERP Systems: Use tech-savvy ERP systems (think NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar) to track finances, run reports, and keep things running like a well-oiled machine.Reconciliation Rockstar: Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations like a pro—keeping everything in check and on track.Collaboration is Key: Work hand-in-hand with other departments like product development, marketing, and tech teams to keep the financials aligned with their exciting initiatives.Audit Ready: Prepare for audits (we promise it’s not as scary as it sounds) and ensure that all your financial documentation is solid, accurate, and ready to go.
