Responsibilities:
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure all finances are up-to-date
• Conduct regular bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records
• Manage the general ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate and complete
• Carry out month-end close procedures to conclude financial activities for the period
• Utilize QuickBooks, SAP, and Oracle for various accounting tasks
• Operate NetSuite to manage financial data and operations
• Prepare and post journal entries to keep financial information updated
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and make predictions
• Resolve any financial discrepancies by analyzing and interpreting account information
• Maintain customer credit records and take appropriate actions when needed.• Must possess knowledge and experience in Accounts Payable (AP)
• Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) is required
• Familiarity with Bank Reconciliations is necessary
• Must have experience with General Ledger operations
• Proficiency in creating Journal Entries is a must
• Experience with Month End Close is essential
• Working knowledge of NetSuite is required
• Familiarity with Oracle software is a plus
• Experience with QuickBooks is beneficial
• Knowledge of SAP software is an added advantage
