Responsibilities
- Influence Evaluate, prioritize and respond to staff requests for technical assistance.
- Aid in planning service capacity, forecasting demand, evaluating software performance, and tuning systems.
- Keep servers, load-balancers, and data storage in service across various locations.
- Maintain network printers and troubleshoot printing equipment.
- Install and implement computer hardware and software.
- Diagnose damaged equipment and repair in-house when appropriate.
Requirements
- Experienced in crafting, analyzing and fixing large-scale distributed systems
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Command of clustered and virtual storage solutions
- Deep understanding of Vmware Technologies
- Experience with Active Directory
- Adeptness in Group Policy
- Experience with WAN/LAN support.
- Practical knowledge of Meraki
- Network operating systems knowledge - as well as knowledge of programming or scripting language - is highly valued
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
