Description
We're looking for an editorial operations specialist to join the content production group within a Corporate Marketing team, in a part-time (20 hour/week) contractor role. The initial assignment will be for a six-month period, with the potential to be extended for up to an additional year.
As the Editorial Operations Specialist, you will help build the brand and product awareness and influence demand generation through content refinement, staging, and publication.
What you'll do:
Editing and fact-checking blogs, marketing assets, web copy, and other content as required, adhering to brand language, voice, tone, and citation guidelines.
Staging and publishing content in the Blog and Resource Center, including sourcing and resizing images, using Content Workflow, WordPress, and Adobe Stock.
Assisting with traffic management and tracking of content workflows within Asana, Content Workflow, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
Assisting with tracking and analyzing content performance, working with key stakeholders and Marketing Operations.
Enriching draft content through the use of keywords and links to other relevant materials, working in tandem with our SEO expert.
