A West LA based apparel company is looking for a very detailed oriented Wholesale Coordinator on a contract-to-hire basis. As the Wholesale Coordinator, this role, you will be responsible for entering client orders in database, managing data, analyzing Excel sheets and answering and routing customer phone calls. In addition, you will work in the inventory management system to check orders and status with the warehouse. You will also handle light clerical duties such as managing samples and swatches. This is a small office, so being able to be a team player is essential. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and is an advanced Excel user. This position is a contract-to-hire role, Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm. Pay is $55 - 60K DOE.
