We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to join a leading manufacturing company. This in-office role is based in Calhoun and requires five days a week on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee HR operations: recruiting, onboarding, benefits, compliance, and performance management for both exempt and non-exempt employees.
* Implement and manage the HRIS system, employee handbook, and compensation structures.
* Drive employee engagement initiatives and support organizational development.
* Provide HR support and advice to leadership and staff across global locations.
Qualifications:
* 5-10 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
* Strong experience in HRIS implementation and managing the employee lifecycle for exempt and non-exempt employees.
* SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
