Account Services Assistant

Pay Rate: $17.00/hr

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5:00pm

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated individual to join our team as an Account Services Assistant. In this role, you will work directly with the Account Services Manager to provide administrative support, conduct promotional product research, generate quotes, and collaborate on innovative solutions for our corporate sales staff and clients.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Account Services Manager with administrative tasks and department projects.
  • Conduct research on promotional products and trends to provide innovative ideas to our clients.
  • Generate accurate and timely quotes for promotional merchandise based on client requirements and budget considerations.
  • Collaborate with the RMG Account Services team to address sourcing needs and manage special projects effectively.
  • Provide excellent follow-up for all product sourcing inquiries and requests, maintaining professional and accurate communications.
  • Utilize PowerPoint and Excel to create presentations, pricing documents, and reports for the sales staff.

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Superb organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively manage tasks and priorities.
  • Capacity to handle stress and work under tight deadlines without compromising accuracy or quality.
  • Experience in promotional product research and quoting is highly desirable.

Required Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Previous related experience in administrative support, sales, or promotional product industry is advantageous but not required.
