We’re looking for an inspiring People Operations Specialist to join our People team focused on playing a pivotal role in managing and administering employee benefits programs within our organization along with providing support to our ongoing People Team activities.

- Manage the day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits
- Develop and distribute communication materials related to benefits programs, including open enrollment materials, plan summaries, and updates on policy changes
- Manage all US employee leaves of absence
- Conduct employee education sessions to enhance understanding of benefits offerings and enrollment processes
- Support People team initiatives such as our quarterly performance management cycles, new employee orientation and employee onboarding & offboarding activities.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall employee experience
- Managed benefit programs and leaves of absence in a company with a strong employee presence in Massachusetts and nationally
- An understanding of US benefits regulations, including FMLA & MAPFML
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Drive: You understand how to support employees through sensitive life moments with discretion while moving challenging situations forward to a resolution
