Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all catering operations, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
- Spearhead the acquisition, production, delivery, and follow-up for all catering orders.
- Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring timely completion, while also contributing hands-on as needed.
- Grow and develop catering relationships through personal interactions, traditional marketing, and digital communication in alignment with corporate and local strategies.
- Maintain advanced knowledge of Chick-fil-A’s product mix and company vision, staying current with company-wide marketing initiatives.
- Handle guest issues that may arise during the catering experience, ensuring flawless follow-up and resolution.
- Demonstrate commitment to our restaurant vision and maintain a positive working relationship with all team members.
- Collaborate with the kitchen, front-line teams, and leadership to ensure catering operations run smoothly.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience and knowledge in the catering industry is required.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring high performance and adherence to standards.
