As the Web Program Manager, you will help craft the strategy and drive execution to deliver a best-in-class web experience for millions of visitors. We're looking for someone to independently manage web properties and lead project initiation, design, development, and project management activities. Success in this role looks like helping us build dynamic, reliable, and instrumented websites that capture attention and increase conversion.
This is a full-time position based in San Mateo, CA (hybrid structure with 3 days onsite per week) and will report to Director, Corporate Marketing
You Will:
- Manage and optimize our corporate website strategy, experiences and roadmap
- Own the process and timeline of new web projects
- Work with our development and creative teams to prioritize and launch web updates - understand requirements, budget, roadmap and assign developer resources
- Set project schedules for cross-functional teams on the launch of web updates, including internal creative and strategy teams and external partners
- Create workflows that provide ongoing enablement to website publishers
- Report on website performance, analytics and optimization strategies
You Have:
- 6 years of experience owning and overseeing the roadmap for websites
- Proven ability to work independently with engineers/ technical teams
- A history of establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams
- Experience delivering end to end technical programs
- A demonstrated eye for turning specific solutions into systems that benefit the company
- Experience with project management tools (JIRA)
- Familiarity with structured data and headless CMS platforms

Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
