Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Director with a specialized focus on communication to lead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills along with a proven ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience.

What Your Tasks Will Be

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies with a strong emphasis on effective communication to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and support to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop compelling marketing materials, including advertising campaigns, digital content, and social media initiatives.
• Oversee the company's public relations efforts, including media outreach, press releases.
• Visit existing customers, meet new ones, engagement with sales team on daily basis to develop common path for customer success.
• Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
• Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing objectives and ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, such as sales and product development, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
