Lead the team to develop product launch strategies and marketing campaigns in target group to increase market share and meet the growth ambition for product launch success.
Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities 主要职责/责任

- Develop and undertake both strategic and tactical plan to realize market opportunities in target disease area
- Lead effectively the team to achieve the operational excellence of marketing programs/project with SMARTI marketing KPIs
- Develop KOL engagement plan and maintain good relationship with KOLs
- Identify, recruit, manage, coach and develop team to achieve the team business and development target
- Partner with global product team to advocate China launch excellence at global platform
- Seamlessly collaborate within the Franchise marketing team and cross-functional team, advocate continuous improvement, best practice sharing and effective communication
- Guide the team to develop effective brand promotional materials and training programs so as to guide sales operations on launch excellence
- Being open-mind, collaborative, agile to handle challenges and come up with solution despite of ambiguities
Education/Qualifications教育程度/所获资格证书
- Bachelor or above
- Medical, marketing, commerce preferred
- Adapt well to different cultures and business styles
- Collaborative and supportive approach on teamwork
- Strong understanding and commitment
- Innovate and highly self-motivated to drive results
- Strong learning agility
- MNC background
- 10 years and above experience in marketing and/sales
- 5 years Pharmaceutical or relevant marketing experience preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Chinese and English (oral and writing)
- Strong execution capability, cross-functional communication
