SUMMARY
Under the direct leadership of the Business and Facilities Manager, the Facilities Support Specialist will be responsible for Patient Service Center maintenance and safety in accordance with all external regulatory agencies and Rochester Regional Health Laboratories policies and procedures. The position will support Patient Service Center operations by ensuring the accurate and efficient delivery of internal and external, supplies, tools and services.

SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 1pm-5pm

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform Maintenance. Day to day maintenance of Patient Service Department outpatient facilities, as required. Receive, prioritize and resolve facility related requests in an expeditious manner. Oversee the Material Safety Data database to ensure safety and compliance of our team and facilities. Work with Business and Facilities Manager on the recommendation of new products and to maintain facilities budget. Elevate emergent facility needs to Manager, Facilities Director or Rochester Regional Health Laboratories Leadership. Assist with special projects as needed or requested.
- Assist with Coordination and set up of new RRHL Patient Service Centers. Assist with the coordination and physical relocation and closure of Patient Service Centers. Assist and support Supervisors and team members with distribution of Patient Service Center equipment, supplies, lab coats and forms.
- Liaison between Patient Service Department personnel and external vendors and contractors. Work and communicate with other RRHL departments to ensure the Patient Service Department is prepared to provide quality patient care and services. Prepare documents for external vendor services in accordance with ACM Global policies and procedures.

M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.
