About the Role
As a Recruiter at Rocket Lawyer, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to support growth and innovation. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, executives, and cross-functional teams to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and set expectations for the recruitment process.
- Source and identify potential candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience by keeping candidates informed throughout the interview process and ensuring a smooth onboarding transition.
- Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure all recruiting practices are compliant with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market insights, and competitive intelligence to ensure effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience for various G&A roles, with at least 1 years focused on recruiting for marketing roles.
- 2 years of experience in in-house recruiting.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in various roles, from entry-level to senior positions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting software (Greenhouse preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
