The Role
RocketReach is in a period of rapid growth and we are looking for a full-cycle Technical Recruiter to join our People team. Our People team values transparency, curiosity, and genuinely good humans. The RocketReach team is still very small - this is an opportunity to be close to leadership and learn from a booming startup environment. Quite literally, we are taking off!
The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for partnering with hiring managers within Engineering and Product to create hiring plans and scale their teams on the West Coast. You will own the recruitment process end-to-end. You will report to the Director of Recruiting and People who is located in New York City.

What You'll Do
- Source, attract, screen, and recruit engineering, product, and design talent using creative methods and recruiting tools
- Schedule and coordinate a high volume of interviews and navigate internal calendars
- Partner with the recruiting team to define and track metrics for our talent pipeline
- Drive to day-to-day recruiting operations by writing job descriptions, managing job boards, and monitoring dashboards within our ATS
- Invest in strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers - Building meaningful relationships is a core value of our RocketReach recruiting team
- Engage and cultivate a connection with the tech community through meetups, online networks, and other outlets
What We Are Looking For
- 2-4 years as a full cycle recruiter - sourcing and recruiting for Engineering and Product Teams
- Demonstrable track record of managing candidate pipelines, driving referrals, and partnering with hiring managers
- Ability to learn quickly and seamlessly pivot as projects and hiring plans change
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Greenhouse, Lever, or any other major ATS
- An expert in the entire Google Suite and Slack
- Familiar with a high volume of scheduling with Greenhouse, Google Meet, and Zoom
