Rockies Kitchen Bar is seeking a Catering Chef/Head Chef to lead our kitchen and culinary team for the catering portion of our company. The right candidate will also be the Kitchen Supervisor in between Catering events.
This position is in GREAT FALLS, MONTANA

Salary based on Experience
*Manage kitchen team of prep, line, and event cooks.
*Maintain food quality and customer satisfaction at its current level of excellence.
*Follow and improve upon on-premise catering standard operating procedures.
*Plated wedding dinner service 100-500 guests
*Responsible for daily food production
* Work with sales team on menu development
*Work with procurement to provide prep lists in a timely fashion for daily orders.
*Develop, write, test, and train staff on new menu items.
* Develop team members as cooks and leaders
* Attention to detail
* Experience with Caterease Catering software a plus
*Process Oriented
* Must be able to delegate
*Culinary Degree preferred
*Ability to scale and grow culinary department to match the companies growth trajectory
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Salt Lake City, UT: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Culinary experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Cooking: 1 year (Preferred)
