We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with excellent service and support. Your role will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing their experience with our company.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing product information and support to customers
  • Assisting customers with troubleshooting and technical support
  • Managing and updating customer accounts and information
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and concerns
  • Following up with customers to ensure issue resolution and customer satisfaction


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficient in using customer support software and databases
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
