Description
This position is responsible for all duties related to the administrative operations of the Coop. Administering policies, procedures, functions, and activities of the Coop. This position requires the ability to independently handle a wide variety of accounting/finance support tasks and have a positive attitude. Attention to detail, time management, and good communication skills.
- Maintain the company general ledger.
- Fixed Asset and associated depreciation schedules.
- Process month-end balancing and journal entries.
- Assist the CFO/Controller in tracking and maintaining company insurance policies.
- Assist the CFO/Controller with facility support and security issues.
- Perform other accounting, financial, or administrative tasks as may be required from time to time.
- Assist with annual budget preparation
- Prepare month and quarterly tax reports
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Business.
- Prefer three-five years accounting experience.
- Prefer CPA or CMA certification.
- Proficient with Microsoft products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent team player, communication, organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proven ability to interact well with others and offer exceptional customer service.
