POSITION: Data Coordinator for Rockland Works Career Center Grant Funded Program
Responsibilities:
Establish systems for data collection and data input
Monitor data for Rockland Works Career Center programs through various data bases and reports, including the One-Stop Operating System (OSOS), in order to run reports to find errors and keep data organized
Complete state mandated reports as defined by the WIOA and NYSDOL guidelines
Work closely with the Director and Assistant Director to verify whether accountability benchmarks are being met
Oversee mandated surveying, data collection and data entry as required by the programs
Train Rockland Works staff in data entry and performance reporting
Review both hard and OSOS records for Individual Training Award (ITA) funded customers to maintain consistency and accurate data entry
Prepares documents for quarterly and annual audits by the Workforce Development Board and NYSDOL
Other duties as established by administration
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field such as School Counseling, School Psychology, Education or Social Work preferred. NYSED certification in area listed or Adult Education Certification required. Experience in the Workforce Development field is a plus. Experience with data systems preferred.
