Rockville Centre law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Construction and Labor Law Litigation Attorney to become a part of our team! The ideal candidate must be licensed to practice law in the state of New York and must be in good standing. Candidate should have strong negotiation, communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of personal injury law. This is an * in-person position.*
Ideal candidate would have 10 years’ experience
Position includes;
- Handling construction and labor law litigation
- Prepare legal briefs and other pleadings
- Handling various aspects of litigation, such as motion hearings, mediations, depositions
- Determine litigation strategy
- Prepare for trial and handle trials.
Salary : $300,000 - $400,000
