Rockywold-Deephaven Camps (RDC) is a family resort that is located on Squam Lake in Holderness, New Hampshire. Since 1897, RDC has been providing its guests a unique, all-inclusive family living experience offering rustic simplicity, friendly services, and an unsurpassed natural setting.
Our food service department is a fun and fast-paced environment where you will work with a talented team of cooks, bakers, kitchen assistants, and wait staff. All meals are served buffet-style in two dining halls with a weekly picnic on our ball field. Typically, we serve 1,500 meals between both dining halls.
Resort amenities are available to staff in their free time (tennis courts, basketball courts, lake access, and use of paddle boats).

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and guidelines
- Ensure food is prepared and presented in a timely manner
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Collaborate with the banquet team to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
Skills:
- Previous experience as a cook or chef in a banquet or catering setting
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and culinary trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
