This is the role:
We are looking for professionals to join our Byhalia, MS team as a Technical Operator. Technical Operators are important members of the team, providing visual quality inspections, basic machine operations, as well as the packaging of the stone wool ceiling tiles.

This is What You Offer:
· A high level of concentration
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Experience in machine set-up (preferred)
· Experience with visual quality inspections.
· Must have a good understanding in how equipment operates in order to clear equipment safely
· Good understanding of H S requirements and works in a safe manner
· Able to stand/walk on concrete floors for 12 or more hours during the course of a day.
· The ability to lift 60 pounds and 120 pounds with another person
Essential Functions:
· Visually inspects stone wool ceiling tiles to meet customer specifications
· Reports the quantity of the created / rejected deficiencies dependent on the cause of its creation
· Segregates waste according to the current instructions
· Reporting to the supervisor all the irregularities related to the work of subordinate devices
· In cooperation with other operator, leadership and maintenance, ensures the proper functioning of equipment and quick and safe removal of failures and machinery problems
· Plans product changes to have the least amount of stress put on the equipment as possible
· Communicates any unusual conditions, equipment breakdowns, needs for repair, reasons for increase or decrease of production etc. to cross shift operator
· Completes shutdown tasks according to shut down procedures or checklist
