SALARY:
$45,300.00 to $56,600.00 per year, the posted salary range represents the minimum to the midpoint within RVU’s compensation plan. RVU’s full compensation structure provides a minimum to a maximum range. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill, knowledge, experience, education, and credentials.

Primary Purpose
The Programmatic Enrollment Specialist (PES) at Rocky Vista University is a role that executes operations for student funnel progression and the admissions process across all specific RVU programs (either RVUCOM or RVU NonCOM Programs). This position is integral to the strategic management and operational efficiency of the admissions process. The PES role is responsible for ensuring effective and streamlined admissions components, utilizing appropriate technology, and maintaining organizational and timely processes.
Essential Job Functions
- Leadership and Direction:
- Receive guidance and direction from the enrollment leaders focused on RVUCOM or RVU NonCOM programs.
- Support the execution of the vision for enrollment operations, recruitment, and engagement teams as directed by the team leader and aligned with institutional goals.
- Follow the leadership's guidance in motivating and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment within the team.
- Admissions Policy & Process Implementation:
- Adhere to and uphold all admissions policies set by the leadership.
- Assist in implementing streamlined admissions procedures under the direction of the team leader.
- Contribute to documenting and training team members on admissions procedures as directed.
- Assist in the regular review and update of policies and procedures as directed by the team leader.
- Collaborate with the team leader on overseeing the CAS/Liaison system pipeline for prospective student leads.
- Data Analysis Support:
- Collaborate with the team leader in utilizing data-driven decision-making to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
- Provide support in generating regular reports on admissions metrics for senior leadership as directed.
- Assist in implementing improvements based on data to enhance admissions processes under the guidance of the team leader.
- Collaboration & Communications:
- Work closely with enrollment, academic departments, marketing, financial aid, and registrar as directed by the team leader.
- Support effective communication of admissions strategies, challenges, and achievements under the direction of the team leader.
- Actively address challenges and contribute to finding innovative solutions with guidance from the team leader.
- Assist in leveraging data for recruitment strategy, collaborating with the Enrollment Recruitment team, as directed by the team leader.
- Team Support:
- Contribute to building a high-performing enrollment operations team under the guidance of the team leader.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development as directed.
- Assist in regular performance evaluations and implement improvement strategies under the guidance of the team leader.
- Work under the guidance of the team leader to utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for engaging with prospective students, applicants, and accepted students.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards in enrollment processes as directed by the team leader.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Exhibit strong project management and organizational abilities with guidance from leadership.
- Show an understanding of leadership and team management skills.
- Demonstrate proficiency in customer management software.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a proactive and adaptable attitude.
- Be open to occasional travel between Colorado, Utah, and Montana Campuses (less than 10%).
- Show a willingness to learn and gain experience in admissions, recruitment, or student experience in higher education.
- Demonstrated commitment to valuing inclusive excellence and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution OR equivalent experience with supporting, recruiting, and/or advising students at the undergraduate, professional, and/or graduate levels
Preferred Qualifications
- One (1) - three (3) years of experience with Higher Education admissions experience.
