Responsibilities of the HR Assistant :
- Assist with the hiring process including but not limited to posting job descriptions, scheduling interviews, applicant tracking, and following up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Assist in the onboarding process with entering new hires into the HRIS, scheduling orientations, and processing I9s
- Partner with the HR team to facilitate the off-boarding process
- Create content such as PowerPoint, Word documents, or various reports for internal company meetings and the HR team
- Liaise with the hiring managers to ensure their hiring needs are being met
- Assist with LinkedIn Learning administration ranging from adding new hires to running reports
- Maintain, organize, and upload files in our HRIS, Planner, and SharePoint
- Coordinate with the HR team on all admin tasks
- Maintain effective communication with all affected stakeholders
- Additional ad hoc responsibilities as they arise
Requirements of the HR Assistant :
- 1-2 years of experience in a human resources or other administrative role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple roles at a time
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to details, and extremely responsive
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written with employees, managers, and colleagues
- Demonstrated ability to deal with confidential and highly sensitive information
- Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining an elevated level of accuracy
