Rodenburg Law Firm is a creditor’s rights law firm that has represented creditors for over 40 years. The Firm practices in North Dakota, Minnesota, Montana, South Dakota, and Wyoming.
All training is provided. No prior legal or compliance experience is required.
Job Summary:
Audit and compliance team members are primarily responsible for managing data reports and other tasks that help ensure firm employees are complying with relevant laws, policies, procedures, and client requirements and providing data and information to firm clients to demonstrate the firm’s compliance.
Primary tasks include:
- Running scheduled reports to ensure firm compliance
- Providing data and documentation to clients to establish that firm is compliant with all necessary requirements
- Prepare spreadsheets of information to submit to outside vendors that assist firm in verifying any information necessary to maintain necessary standards of compliance
- Respond to client inquiries or requests – primarily received via email
- Other office duties as may be trained or assigned in the event that compliance work requirements or requests are low in volume
The ideal candidate:
- Proficient with, or an ability to learn how to efficiently utilize, excel spreadsheets to track and share data
- Comfortable training on and using different client software systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Able to work efficiently while remaining detail-oriented and accurate
