Brand Ambassador Job Opportunity: 

Objectives:

• Promote the Rodeo Mission and Core Values so that people understand Why We Exist and How We Do Business.
• Explain the benefits of oral hygiene to the Odessa Community.
• Use Music, Photos, Videos and your Personal Passion to communicate.
• Promote the Rodeo Brand by engaging people in the Odessa community on the fly, at local events, in schools, in the Office, and at other venues.

Oral Hygiene Education:

• Educate the Odessa community on the benefits of Good Oral Hygiene.
• Describe and illustrate hygiene techniques.
• Attend and participate in school and organization presentations.
• Be an awesome example of taking great care of your teeth.

Brand Promotion:

• Take Pictures that illustrate why Patient Experience Sets Us Apart at Rodeo.
• Tell the Rodeo story every chance you get to Anyone and Everyone that will listen.
• Follow all state board and HHSC guidelines.

Patient Experience:

• Master every aspect of what Patient Experience at Rodeo really means.
• Treat every interaction with a Patient as an opportunity to engage.
• Be creative and find new ways to WOW our patients.

Content Creation:

• Capture True WOW Events and Special Moments via pictures and videos.
• Work with Social Media teams to insert fresh content into social networking posts and other social media properties.
• Upgrade your Brand Promotion content arsenal every chance you get.

Required Skills

• Ability to strike up a conversation with someone you don't know and gain his or her attention
• The propensity to make people smile and laugh
• Ability to engage and interact with people in the Odessa community
• General understanding of Social Media
• Dental experience is a huge plus 
• Bilingual in Spanish/English
