Job description for the paralegal position.
Duties include:
Drafting correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests/responses and court filings; scheduling depositions and mediation conferences; summarizing deposition transcripts and medical records; maintaining computer copy of all file documents; preparing binders for hearings, depositions, and mediations; maintaining contact with clients, opposing counsel and court personnel; assist in preparing cases for trial, including preparing subpoenas, trial binders and exhibits.
Required Experience:
The candidate must have a minimum of five years litigation experience;
E-filing in State and Federal courts; Electronic Judicial Council Forms.
Language:
Fluency in Spanish preferred, but not required.

Paralegal Certification
Bachelor's Degree
