Asphalt Plant Operator / Loader

Rogers Group, Inc., is currently seeking motivated results-oriented individuals for ASPHALT PLANT OPERATORS to work in a team environment with other co-workers and managers in South Carolina. The candidate for this role will have an uncompromising emphasis on safety excellence and will have responsibilities that include but are not limited to:

• Experience operating heavy equipment in a safe manner required.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet objectives for the day.
• Self-starter, dependable and positive attitude.
• General maintenance work in an asphalt plant setting.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude/ability to operate and maintain heavy machinery.
• Be focused on safety without compromise.
• The individuals shall be dedicated to always working safely.
• Experience operating heavy equipment around an asphalt plant preferred.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when necessary.
• Driver’s license, and safe driving record.
• Reliable transportation from and to work a must!
