Rogers Group, Inc., is currently seeking motivated results-oriented individuals for ASPHALT PLANT OPERATORS to work in a team environment with other co-workers and managers in South Carolina. The candidate for this role will have an uncompromising emphasis on safety excellence and will have responsibilities that include but are not limited to:
- Experience operating heavy equipment in a safe manner required.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet objectives for the day.
- Self-starter, dependable and positive attitude.
- General maintenance work in an asphalt plant setting.
Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude/ability to operate and maintain heavy machinery.
- Be focused on safety without compromise.
- The individuals shall be dedicated to always working safely.
- Experience operating heavy equipment around an asphalt plant preferred.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when necessary.
- Driver’s license, and safe driving record.
- Reliable transportation from and to work a must!
