We are currently looking for a Lighting Auditor to join our team!
What you’ll be doing:
- Visually inspect buildings for lighting fixtures, etc. to determine quantity of fixtures.
- Coordinate independent travel arrangements based on Audit Manager’s assigned schedule.
- Travel required: 90 - 100%
- Monday – Friday travel is normal but some assignments may require a two week stay.
What we’re looking for:
- 3 – 5 years’ experience conducting lighting audits in similar facilities.
- College degree in environmental, technical field or equivalent experience.
- Experience with SnapCount (or comparable) lighting audit software is a plus.
- Ability to work well with others as part of a team
- Must be very detail oriented, self-motivated and independent in character
- Ability to communicate both verbally and thorough writing in a professional, courteous and knowledgeable manner
- Ability to prioritize tasks according to deadlines and urgency and complete them in a timely and professional manner
- Ability to comprehend, summarize, edit and paraphrase data
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel)
