For our branch in Heathrow (London), we are currently looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator to support our National Sales Manager, sales, marketing and digital functions. The role will be extremely varied, fast-moving, energetic and competitive.
Responsibilities
- External “warm” calling potential customers, developing new sales opportunities and making appointments
- Following up on agreed weekly targeted marketing campaigns and spot quoting
- Support the launch of new products, upselling, handling customer enquiries
- Collaborate with all members of the Sales Team on activities, planning etc to achieve goals and targets
- Maintain CRM data integrity Collaborate on digital functions/products
- Support the Sales & Marketing Assistant where required with campaigns, marketing etc
- Support with data analysis and identifying patterns; provide effective feedback from customers
- Close and timely follow up to ensure the customer receives all the information required
Skills required
- Degree educated
- Some inside sales experience
- Excellent written & verbal communication, confident in dealing with all level of stakeholders
- Superb customer service skills (internal & external)
- Exceptional IT capabilities
- Super-organised and able to move through tasks at speed whilst remaining effective
